I worked with Learning Curve as part of a 10 month development programme and learned so much during the programme that it is difficult to sum it up in a few words. I was introduced to some really useful interpersonal tools and I am now much more aware of my own personality traits and how to work with others to achieve maximum results. The practical exercises we took part in were hugely beneficial (I won’t ever forget the lessons from the Far & Away exercise!) and the feedback I received from the trainers, who are excellent and clearly love what they do, was very valuable – it’s definitely helped me to grow in confidence and take on more challenging responsibilities as a result.
