Julie Turner MCIPD

Julie’s early career began in banking with a range of branch and head office roles followed by a move into a training role.  She then moved into the telecoms industry as a management trainer.

Since joining Learning Curve in 1998, Julie has been a key player in the growth and development of the business and has responsibility for account managing several of Learning Curve’s larger clients.
Julie’s main focus is on management development and business partnering skills.  She particularly enjoys working with new managers helping them to develop a repertoire of management skills and the confidence to use them effectively. 

Julie brings a wealth of experience of managing small and large teams in both customer facing and support functions. Her training style is characterised by her animated approach and she has an innate ability to enliven the management tools and models she teaches, by sharing examples and anecdotes from her own experiences.
