Gill Bonello BA (Hons.), MCIPD

Gill’s Business Studies degree, with a Human Resources specialism, provided an excellent starting point for Gill’s early career roles in HR and Training functions within large corporate organisations. Her experience of supporting line managers through a wide range of challenging people-management scenarios provides invaluable lessons on the training courses that Gill now designs and delivers.  She particularly enjoys helping line managers make sense of performance management tools and techniques as well as developing their skills to use them effectively and confidently.

Since joining Learning Curve in 1999, Gill has had a keen interest in growing the business and has secured a number of Learning Curve’s key clients.  Her experience in this area helps bring to life key lessons on the Business Partnering programme – one of Learning Curve’s flagship training courses.

Gill’s training style is enthusiastic and energetic.  Ensuring her delegates are energised and having fun whilst they learn is something Gill believes makes the learning process a more positive and effective one.
